	英文简历 ----Warnock Davies is Visiting Professor of Strategy and international Business at Shaoxing University in China, where he teaches, advises, writes, and works on collaborative research projects. ----Education：He holds a Ph.D.in International Business, and M.A.and M.A.L.D.degrees in International Relations and International Law, from the Fletcher School at Tufts and Harvard Universities. He also studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti e Liceo Artistico di Firenze, In Italy, and at the international Marketing institute program at Harvard Business School. ----University Experience：He was Professor of Management and International Business at Mercer University, Distinguished Visiting Professor of Policy and Strategy at Golden Gate University, and Visiting Professor of International Business at the University of Colorado. He has held visiting appointments at universities in China, Pakistan, Singapore, Palestine and Russia, and at the International Marketing Institute Program at Harvard Business School. He has been Director of the Latin American Teaching Fellowships and Asian American Teaching Fellowships programs at Tufts Univesity, and Dean of the School of Management at Golden Gate University. ----Private and Public Sector Experience：He was Vice President at Business International Corporation, with global responsibility for strategy consulting services; and has served as CEO of Newbery corporation, an American Stock Exchange listed company. He has consulted on strategy and international business to corporate and public sector clients in the United States, Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia. ----Publications and papers：He is author of Partner Risk：Managing the Downside of Stategic Alliances, published by Purdue University Press; and is completing a book on strategy for mulation. His articles have been published in the Sloan Management Review, Stratey & Leadership, Performance and Instruction, Performance Improvement, Industrial Management, Business Horizons, Industrial Marketing Management, Global Business Education, Management International Review, the Journal of Management Education, the Engineering & Mining Journal, the Journal of Transnational Management Development and The Journal of International Business. He has presented papers at meetings of the Academy of International Business, the National Association of African-American Studies, the International Academy of Business Disciplines, the Business and Economics Society International, the International Management Development Association, the Federation for International Business Education, the Pan-Pacific Conference, and the Third World Studies Conference.
